Track Two
Discipleship Discovery
The five habits of a Mature Christian. How to develop Good Spiritual habits. Finance and God's House. At the end of the seminar, opportunity is given for attendees to commit themselves formally to the five habits of maturity.
Track Three
Ministry Discovery
How to discover your spiritual Gifts and ministry. How to discover what you should be doing with your Gift. How to use them. At the end of this seminar, opportunity is given to attendees to complete their SHAPE profile, and attend an interview with a ministry coach who will help them to find their niche in ministry in NCC.
Track Four
Ministry Development
How to develop in my ministry and Gifts. How to train others. How to troubleshoot my ministry. Special guest speakers will attend these seminars bringing a wide range of talent, gifts and wisdom. Only those who have completed the preceding Tracks will be eligible for attendance.
